Please email me with your order BEFORE placing the order on-line and we will make arrangements. Once your order is paid for and processed on-line, shipping charges would apply. Stock merchandise is shipped First Class Mail within 2-3 business day after your order is placed. All items are shipped with INSURANCE on the package for your protection. Orders over $200 will always require a SIGNATURE on receipt of package.

Picking Up Orders: If you are local to the Western New York area, you can pick up your order on Grand Island, NY or at any of the Art Festivals listed on the Show Schedule page, and avoid the shipping costs. Please email Pattycancillaart@hotmail.com PRIOR to placing your order on-line. Once your order is processed and paid for on line, shipping charges would apply. If pick up is not done within two weeks, than a small deposit can be mailed to hold your order. If an order will be picked up at an Art Show, a small deposit may be required to hold until that time. Payment accepted for pick ups are cash or check. Pick up address will be given at the time of purchase.
5. Custom Orders: If you have a stone you would like custom set, the stone has to be seen in person. Your quote for setting the stone includes all materials. This request for a quote can ony be done in person at one of the Arts and Crafts shows in your area or directly in person.
6. Catalog: No catalog is available for Patty Cancilla's jewelry since each item is made as a one of a kind. If you are looking for a particular color or stone, please email Pattycancillaart@hotmail.com with inquiries of stock items not shown on the website.
7. Packaging: All pendants and bracelts are gift boxed. Earrings over the $30 value are gift boxed. All other earrings are shipped in clear bags.
8. Return Policy: There are no returns on items purchased. We will describe items & sizes to the fullest and encourage you to ask for more information prior to purchasing. Gold filled or gold overlay is made by heat and pressure bonding a thin layer of 14kt or 12 kt gold over a core of another metal. The value of the gold filled is greater than gold plated because gold filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film. Gold filled is an economical alternative while receiving the rich gold look of 14kt. Argentium Sterling Silver - 93% silver, approx. 5% copper and approx. 2% germanium. This is lead feee and nichol free. Whereas all silver will tarnish at some point, Argentium sterling silver is a low tarnish silver. Sterling Silver- 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.
